Gifts and Donations

The Library accepts donations of gently used books, CD audio books, DVDs and other media. Some items are added to the Library collection while others are placed on the book sale shelf. Either way, your donations benefit the Library and the community.
We do not accept textbooks, encyclopedia sets older than two years, or items that are moldy, musty or in disrepair. A receipt for tax purposes is available upon request; however, it is the responsibility of the donor to provide evidence of the tax value of their donation.

Memorial Donations:

You can make a donation in memory of your loved one by contacting the library, via phone, email, stop in or mail in the form. You can donate money (checks made payable to Five Rivers Public Library). You can fill out this form Memorial Donation form and mail with your donation.

Monetary Donations:

Many individuals and families who place a high value on the Library’s programs and services donate money to us. They understand that the Library supports literacy and education, provides access to information, and enhances the quality of life in our community. Please consider making a donation of any amount (checks should be made payable to the Five Rivers Public Library). The Library accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. Card processing applies. 3% or $1.50 minimum.
